When a buyer already holds a sample, we ask factories to restate lens width, bridge and temple in millimetres on the same line as the frame material. If the sample is acetate only, a metal offer is recorded as a different row rather than a silent upgrade. Coatings such as anti-reflective remain open until the quotation writes them in or out.
Independence also means we will not borrow a competitor's authorized-dealer story or a percentage saving. Comparable replies need the same product form, quantity unit and destination.
